Sending a notice

If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent that includes: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work; identification of the material you say is infringing and where it is (a link is best); your name, address, telephone number and email; a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Counter notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter notice to the same agent with: your signature; identification of the material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address and telephone number; and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, outside the US, any district where we may be found) and will accept service from the person who sent the notice. We may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless the complainant tells us they have filed a court action.
