Refund Policy
What to expect on billing, cancellations, and refunds.
All sales final
All sales are final and there are no refunds on monthly, yearly, or mentorship purchases.
Try monthly first
If you are not sure, start on the monthly plan. You can cancel anytime, so it is designed to let you try BmT without a long commitment.
How to cancel
You can cancel in your Skool account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. No phone call or email is required.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, Skool will retry it. Your access may be suspended until the balance is paid.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback on an authorized charge can result in your account being terminated. If you have a billing issue, email support@realbmtrades.com first so we can help.
Exceptions
We may issue a refund for a duplicate or unauthorized charge. These are handled at our discretion and in line with consumer-protection law.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy removes any mandatory consumer right you have under the law of your country.
