Terms of Service

BmT, operated by BMT Market Group LLC, provides educational content and 1-on-1 mentorship about trading. The services are educational and do not include personalized advice.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the services.

Accounts are provisioned and billed through Skool. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.

We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or futures commission merchant. Nothing in the services is financial, investment, or trading advice.

Trading carries substantial risk and you may lose more than your initial investment. You accept this risk when you use the services. See the Risk Disclaimer for the full notice.

Memberships are billed through Skool at the cadence shown at checkout and renew automatically until you cancel. All sales are final. See the Refund Policy for details.

Purchases are sold through a Merchant of Record acting as the seller of record. The Merchant of Record handles sales tax, VAT, and GST at checkout, and its terms also apply to your purchase.

Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory consumer right you have under the law of your country.

All content, materials, and branding are owned by BmT. You receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access the content for your personal use.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, share your credentials, or record or repost sessions.

In the community, do not harass, threaten, defame, or dox anyone, and do not post unlawful or explicit content. Do not offer your own advice or signals to other members.

We may suspend or remove access for conduct that violates these rules.

The services rely on third parties such as Discord, Skool, payment networks, and hosting providers. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or misuse the services. You may cancel at any time as described in the Refund Policy.

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold BMT Market Group LLC harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the services or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. You and we waive any right to bring or participate in a class or representative action.

Either party may still bring a qualifying claim in small-claims court.

We may update these terms over time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
